摘　　要："双一流"学科建设是为实现我国高等教育强国作出的重大战略决策。在"双一流"学科建设背景下,本文针对我国各高校非优势学科面临的挑战与机遇,如何在较短时间内改变自身学科发展的劣势,提出更新观念、以培育师资队伍为基础、以强化特色为突破点、主动联合、开放自我、牢抓人才培养的初心,走符合自身实际的学科建设道路。The "double first-class" disciplines construction is a major strategic decision for the implementation of great China’s higher education.Under the background of "double first-class" disciplines construction,aiming at non-advantageous disciplines of universities and colleges in China facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities,how to change the disadvantage development of the disciplines in a short time.This paper proposes to renew ideas,take the training of teachers as the basis,strengthen the characteristics as a breakthrough point,take the initiative to unite and open ourselves,and firmly grasp the core of talent cultivation,and follows the road of discipline construction that is in line with our own reality.
