摘 要:目前在大学生职业发展与就业创业指导课教学中还存在师资队伍参差不齐、教学组织形式单一、课程评价不科学、教学效果不理想等问题。合作学习理论在大学生职业发展与就业创业指导课程教学中的运用更有利于实现课程的教学目标,增强课程内容的吸引力,培养学生的合作精神和提高其就业创业能力。具体教学和组织过程包括制定学习目标、建立保障机制、合理划分小组、选择学习任务、开展合作学习和考核学习效果等六大步骤。At present,there are still many problems on curriculum teaching for college students’ career development and employment entrepreneurship guidance:the teaching staff is uneven and the teaching organization forms are single;the curriculum evaluation is unscientific and the teaching effect is not satisfactory.The application of cooperative learning theory in the teaching of college students’ career development and employment and entrepreneurship guidance is more conducive to the realization of the teaching objectives of the curriculum;to enhance the attractiveness of the curriculum content;to cultivate the students’ cooperation spirit and improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability.Specific teaching and organizational processes include the development of learning objectives,the establishment of security mechanisms,a reasonable division of groups,select learning tasks,to carry out cooperative learning and assessment of the effectiveness of learning and other six steps.Through the application of cooperative learning theory in college students’ career development and employment and entrepreneurship guidance teaching,the expected teaching effect can be achieved.
