摘 要:目的探究主要工艺参数对轴向滚花联接凸轮轴的装配过程和联接强度的影响。方法对轴向滚花压装过程进行数值建模和模拟研究,分析装配联接过程中压装载荷和应力应变场的变化,并与压装实验结果进行对比验证。结果在轴管外表面滚挤轴向三角齿后再过盈压装凸轮,能形成紧密联接并可承受较大扭矩;较大的压装速度及分体部件材料匹配合理可保证其联接强度,并能有效提高装配效率。16Mn凸轮和20Cr轴管相匹配能获得较为合理的压装力,并具有良好的联接强度。获得的较优参数组合为装配速度8mm/s、滚挤后轴齿齿高0.54mm、过盈量0.22mm。结论模拟分析与轴向滚花压装实验相吻合,可为生产加工提供参考依据。To investigate the influence of main process parameters on the assembly process and connection strength of axial knurled camshaft, the numerical modeling and simulation of axial knurling press-fit process were carried out. The changes of press-fit load, and stress-strain field during assembly joint process were analyzed and compared with the result of the press-fit experiment. The results showed that after the axial triangular teeth were rolled on the outer surface of the shaft tube and the pressure-filled cam was applied, the tight joint can be formed and the torque can withstand a large torque. Large press-fit speed and reasonable matching of the material of the split parts could ensure the joint strength and effectively improve the assembly efficiency. The material matching of 16 Mn cam and 20 Cr shaft tube could obtain a reasonable pressing force and ensure good joint strength. The combination of better parameters was obtained: the assembly speed was 8 mm/s, the tooth height of the shaft after rolling was 0.54 mm and the interference was 0.22 mm. The results of axial knurling press-fit experiment are in good agreement with the simulation analysis. It can provide references for production and processing.
