摘　　要：对青春期女性原发性痛经的自我护理评价工具、应用现状、影响因素及提高原发性痛经女性自我护理行为的干预措施进行综述,以期为我国原发性痛经病人选择和提高痛经的自我护理能力提供依据,改善其经期的工作学习状态及生活质量。This article reviewed the self care evaluation tools,application status quo,influencing factors,and intervention measures for improving the self care behavior of adolescent primary dysmenorrhea,in order to provide the basis of selecting and improving the self care ability for patients with primary dysmenorrhea in China,and improving the work and study status and quality of life during the menstrual period.
