地勘企业投资管理存在的问题与建议

摘　　要：企业准确的投资行为对拉动企业经济快速增长至关重要。通过分析地勘单位投资管理中存在的问题,提出地勘单位做好投资管理的几项建议:一是围绕企业战略目标、发展战略谋划投资方向;二是依据企业资本与现金流、融资与偿债能力等决策投资项目;三是从政策、企业规划、责权等方面完善企事业投资管理制度;四是从立项调研至项目结束进行事前、事中、事后全程"闭环管理"。The accurate investment behavior is essential to stimulate rapid economic growth of enterprises.Through analysis of existing issues in geological exploration units have put forward some handling proposals.The first is around the enterprise strategic target and development strategy to design investment orientation.The second is according to enterprise capital and cash flow,financing and solvency etc.to make decision on investment projects.The third is from the aspects of policy,enterprise planning and responsibilities and rights etc.to improve and perfect enterprises,institutions investment management systems.The fourth is to carry out“closed loop management”from before,in and after events,in other words,from project research to completion.
