摘　　要：目的:探讨石河子美沙酮治疗门诊海洛因成瘾者社会支持的现况。方法:采用社会支持评定量表对石河子美沙酮治疗门诊海洛因成瘾者50行调查分析,并与国内常模对照研究。结果:海洛因成瘾者社会支持状况及各维度得分均显著低于国内常模,且在社会支持状况及主观支持维度得分上男性患者显著低于女性患者,已婚患者显著高于未婚及离异患者;在客观支持维度得分上大专以上学历患者显著高于其他组患者。结论:石河子美沙酮治疗门诊海洛因成瘾者的社会支持水平明显低于健康人群。Objective:To explore the status of social support system for heroin addicts treated with methadone in shihezi clinic.Methods:50 cases of heroin addicts treated with methadone in the outpatient clinic of shihezi were investigated and analyzed by the social support rating scale and compared with the normal control study in China.Results:The scores of social support status and all dimensions of heroin addicts were significantly lower than the domestic norms,and male patients were significantly lower than female patients in social support status and subjective support dimensions,and married patients were significantly higher than unmarried and divorced patients.Patients with college degree or above were significantly higher than those in other groups in the objective support dimension.Conclusion:The social support level of methadone in the outpatient clinic for heroin addicts is significantly lower than that of the healthy population.
