加味香砂六君子汤联合XELOX方案治疗晚期胃癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨加味香砂六君子汤联合XELOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的效果及不良反应。方法共纳入80例晚期胃癌患者,将其随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组40例。对照组采取常规化学治疗方案,至少连用4个周期;治疗组在常规化学治疗基础上口服加味香砂六君子汤。观察两组的客观缓解率、疾病控制率、不良反应的发生率、KPS总改善率、免疫功能提高的总有效率。结果治疗组与对照组的客观缓解率及疾病控制率方面差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗组的骨髓抑制、恶心和呕吐、腹泻、口腔黏膜炎等化疗不良反应的发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组在KPS总改善率、免疫功能提高的总有效率方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论加味香砂六君子汤能减轻XELOX化疗的不良反应,改善患者生活质量及提高免疫,提升治疗效果。Objective To explore the effects and adverse reactions of the combined treatment of the modified xiangsha liujunzi decoction and XELOX scheme in treatment of the advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients of advanced gastric cancer were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each one. In the control group,the routine chemotherapy regimen was adopted,at least for 4 cycles. In the treatment group,on the base of routine chemotherapy,the modified xiangsha liujunzi decoction was used for oral administration. The objective remission rate,the disease control rate,the incidence of adverse reaction,KPS total improvement rate and the total effective rate of immune function improvement were observed in the two groups. Results There was no difference in the objective remission rate and disease control rate between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions of chemotherapy in the treatment were lower significantly than the control group,such as bone marrow inhibition,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and oral mucositis,indicating the significant differences(P < 0. 05). The total improvement rate of KPS and the total effective rate of immune function improvement in the treatment group were all better than the control group,indicating the significant differences(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The modified xiangsha liujunzi decoction alleviates the adverse reactions of XELOX chemotherapy and improves the quality of life and immunity as well as the therapy effects in the patients with advanced gastric cancer.
