摘 要:360度评估是住院医师规范化培训中相关参与者通过"背靠背"定期评价的方式,帮助培训基地、专业基地、管理人员、带教老师、住院医师全方位认识培训成效和问题的评估方式,目前国内多家培训基地正在应用。遵义医学院附属医院在原有督导评学的基础上引入360度评估,逐步推进、规范评估流程,有效监控培训带教和管理的各个环节,发现培训过程中存在的问题,梳理工作成效,对住培工作的管理、进一步完善起到了积极的推进作用。The 360-Degree Evaluation model plays an important role in the standardized residency training.Through confidential peer review between participants in residential training programs,this model provides comprehensive and detailed insights into the effectiveness and problems of corresponding programs in regard of their training facilities,professional activities,personnel management,teachers,as well as residents.It has been adopted by multiple residency training programs nationwide.The Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University introduced the 360-Degree Evaluation model into the original supervision and evaluation process,aiming to promote and standardize the evaluation procedure,monitor all aspects of training,teaching and management and identify problems in the residency training process.
