摘　　要：探讨多种教学方法相结合的培训模式在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的运用。在2周1次的病例讨论和小讲课中采用标准化患者与案例教学法相结合的临床模式,并进行规范的单病种教学查房,建立神经内科临床思维;建立以公共成效考试为基础的模拟教育评估系统,通过包括以专业知识、基本操作技能、专业基础知识、相关专业知识为基础的计算机试题题库和客观结构化临床考试流程进行能力评估,建立情境教学模式,通过病例录像和事件模拟使评估内容生动化;辅以主观评估体系,包括自测和相关人员评分表;通过PDCA(计划、执行、检查、处理)的循环管理模式,结合先进的教学方法,全面建立系统的临床模式和评估体系。该培训模式能更好地达到对神经内科住院医师规范化培训的目标,哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院参加全国结业考试的住院医师中,神经内科全员通过,专业学位硕士研究生均达到四证合一。This article aims to explore the application of various teaching methods in the standardized residency training of neurology.In the case discussion and small lectures every two weeks,the clinical model combining standardized patients and case teaching method was adopted,and the standardized single disease teaching rounds were conducted to establish the clinical thinking of neurology.A simulation education evaluation system was established based on the the Common Achievement Test,and a capability assessment was conducted by establishing a computer test question bank and objective structured clinical examination process which based on professional knowledge,basic skill operations,professional basic knowledge and related professional knowledge.The scenario teaching model makes the evaluation content vivid through case recording and event simulation.These models should be supported by subjective evaluation system,including self-assessment and related personnel evaluation.Through the circular management model of PDCA(Plan,Do,Check and Action),combined with advanced education methods,a systematic clinical model and evaluation system could be established comprehensively.This training model can achieve the goals of standardized residency training in the neurology department.Among the students who have participated in the national final exams in The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,all residents in the neurology department have passed,and the professional degree masters have reached the four-in-one.
