摘  要:目的分析鲜芦荟汁联合抗辐喷对鼻咽癌患者放射性皮炎的防治作用。方法将59例首次接受放疗的鼻咽癌患者分为观察组29例和对照组30例。2组均予以抗辐射喷雾剂,观察组在此基础上增加鲜芦荟汁外涂。观察2组放射性皮炎、放射区疼痛发生情况。结果观察组放射性皮炎总发生率为72.41%(21/29),低于对照组的93.33%(28/30)(P <0.05)。放疗期间,观察组放射区疼痛总发生率为68.97%,低于对照组的93.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论鲜芦荟汁联合抗辐喷对鼻咽癌患者放射性皮炎有较好防治作用,能够有效缓解疼痛。Objective To analyze the preventive effect of fresh asparagus juicecombined with protective spray against rays on the radiodermatitis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Totally 59 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received the initial radiotherapy were divided into observation group(n = 29) and control group(n = 30).Both groups were given the protective spray against rays,while the observation group was added fresh asparagus juice based on this treatment.The incidences of radiodermatitis and pain in the radiation area were observed between two groups.Results The total incidence of radiodermatitis was 72.41% in observation group,significantly lower than 93.33% in control group(P = 0.032).During radiotherapy,the total incidences of pain in the radiation area were respectively 68.97% in observation group and 93.33% in control group,and significant difference was shown between two groups(P = 0.016).Conclusion Fresh asparagus juice combined with protective spray against rays can effectively prevent the occurrence of radiodermatitis and alleviate the pain in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
