摘　　要：都匀毛尖茶是我国传统十大名茶之一,随着人类经济水平的快速发展,喝茶不仅仅体现的是一种生活品质,更是现代生活中对健康的一种追求。茶叶中含有人类所需的十四种微量元素,其中最重要的锌(Zn)、硒(Se)是对人体健康非常重要的两种元素,故对都匀毛尖茶园土壤与茶叶微量元素锌硒含量的调查研究显得尤为重要。本文通过测定都匀螺丝壳茶园、大定茶园和团山茶园土壤和茶叶样品中锌、硒含量的状况,确定适合开发功能性茶叶的地区,进一步提升都匀毛尖茶的品质。Duyun Maojian tea was one of the top ten traditional famous teas in China. With the rapid development of the economy,drinking tea is not only a way for qualifying life,but also a pursuing health life. Tea contains fourteen trace elements needed by human beings,among which zinc( Zn) and selenium( Se) are the most important for human health. Therefore,it is particularly significant to investigate the zinc and selenium contents in soil and tea of Duyun Maojian tea. In this paper,the contents of zinc and selenium in soil and tea samples in Duyun screw tea garden,Dading tea garden and Tuanshan tea garden were measured so as to determine areas suitable for the developing functional tea leaves and further improve the quality of Duyun Maojian tea.
