摘　　要：文中从建材物流的概念和特点出发,分析了我国建材物流人才的需求与供给,并就如何提高建材物流人才提出了对策建议。Starting from the concept and characteristics of building materials logistics,this paper analyzes the demand and supply of talents in building materials logistics,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the talents in building materials logistics.
