高职临床医学专业培养质量评价体系探究

摘　　要：自2015年教育部在高职院校开展"内部质量诊断与改进"工作以来,质量保障机制成为各学校关注的焦点,专业质量保障是其中重要的一环。文章以湖北省某高职院校临床医学专业人才培养过程为主线,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法,遴选影响人才培养质量的主要因素和关键环节,确定各评价指标的权重,进行一致性检验,构建了临床医学专业质量评价体系,并对影响质量评价体系的因素进行了分析。Since the Ministry of Education launched the "Internal Quality Diagnosis & Improvement"project among vocational colleges in 2015,vocational colleges have systematically focused on the quality guarantee mechanism of which professional quality guarantee is a vital part. By using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method,and with the focus on talent cultivation process for clinical medicine major at certain higher vocational college,this paper chooses the main factors and key procedures that affected talent cultivation quality,calculates the weight of each evaluation index followed by a consistency test so as to construct the quality evaluation system for clinical medicine major and make an analysis of the factors that affect the quality evaluation system.
