摘  要:主要研究了200mL/m^3磷化氢在不同低氧条件下的熏蒸杀虫效果、害虫的死亡规律及不同虫种对磷化氢的耐药性比较等。结果表明,200mL/m^3磷化氢气体在含氧量为2%、3%、4%和5%的低氧条件下的熏蒸杀虫效果明显优于200mL/m^3磷化氢气体在常量氧条件下的杀虫效果,平均校正死亡率增加80%以上;氧气含量大于3%时,供试虫的校正死亡率随着氧气含量的下降而增加,氧含量下降到3%时校正死亡率达到最大,继续降低氧气含量,供试虫的校正死亡率反而降低;在时间上,低氧组80%以上的供试虫在2 d内被杀死,3 d内基本全部死亡;低氧条件下,200mL/m^3磷化氢对米象的耐受性强于谷蠹。This paper mainly studied the effect of 200 mL/m^3 phosphine fumigation in different hypoxia conditions,the law of death of insect pests and the tolerance of different species to phosphine.The results showed that the effect of 200 mL/m^3 phosphine gas in the fumigation under oxygen content of 2%,3%,4%and 5%was better than that of 200 mL/m^3 phosphine gas under the constant oxygen condition,and the average correction mortality increased by more than 80%.When oxygen content exceeds 3%,the corrected mortality of the tested insects increased with the decrease of oxygen content.When the oxygen content dropped to 3%,the correction mortality was maximum and the oxygen content continued to be reduced.The corrected mortality of the tested insects decreased.In terms of time,more than 80%of the hypoxic groups were killed within 2 days and all died within 3 days,and the tolerance of rice weevil to 200 mL/m^3 phosphine was stronger than the Dominica under low oxygen conditions.
