摘　　要：快递包装减量化是治理快递包装污染的重要举措,政府责无旁贷。采用对比研究法,对国外包装废弃减量化管理制度进行比较研究,在总结其成功经验的基础上,从政府视角为我国快递包装减量化提出了治理策略。政府可以通过立法、税收优惠、消费者教育等举措,实现快递包装的减量化综合治理。The reduction of express packaging is an important measure to control the pollution of express packaging, and the government is duty bound to do so. By using the method of comparative study, this paper makes a comparative study on the management system of the reduction of waste packaging in China. On the basis of summing up its successful experience, the paper puts forward the management strategies for the reduction of express packaging in China from the perspective of the government.The government can realize the comprehensive management of express package reduction through legislation, tax preference, consumer education and other measures.
