摘  要:SF6电气设备在内部存在局部放电或过热缺陷时会产生分解组分,特征气体组分CO指示内部绝缘缺陷,是电力设备运行状态判断的重要指标。针对目前电化学传感器法检测CO含量易受干扰的问题,研究可调谐激光红外吸收光谱法对痕量CO的定量检测技术。简单介绍了可调谐激光的光谱理论、谐波检测原理和CO的红外吸收特性,为TDLAS结构设计、硬件设计及选型奠定了基础。选用DFB激光器,设计制作光电转换模块、光源驱动模块、红外多次反射池以及电路和软件部分,研制出可调谐激光CO检测装置,去除干扰组分的影响,提高CO检测精度,可检测至1μL/L的低限值。装置性能检测结果表明,满足标准要求,定量检测CO准确性高,有利于正确判断设备的运行状态。SF6 electrical equipment will produce some decomposition components when there is a partial discharge or overheating defect.The gas CO,one of the characteristic gas components,indicates internal insulation defects,and it is an important indicator for determining the operating status of electrical equipment.Aiming at the problem that the detection of CO content is susceptible to interference via electrochemical sensors,the quantitative detection technology of trace CO by tunable laser infrared absorption spectrometry is studied.This paper briefly introduces the spectral theory of tunable laser,harmonic detection principle and infrared absorption characteristics of CO,which lays the foundation for TDLAS structural design,hardware design and type selection.It is selected the DFB laser and designed the photoelectric conversion module,the light source driver module,the infrared multiple reflection tank,and the circuit and software.A tunable laser CO detection module is developed to remove the influence of the interference components and improve the CO detection accuracy.Moreover,the lowest detectable limit to 1μL/L can be gotten.Device performance test results indicate,all of them meet the standard requirements and the accuracy of quantitative detection of CO is high using the tunable laser CO detection module,which is conducive to correctly judge the running status of the equipment.
