摘  要:目的 :研究月季花挥发油的最佳提取工艺并对其β-环糊精包合物进行初步研究。方法 :采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取月季花中挥发油,以挥发油得率为指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验优化最佳提取工艺;采用饱和水溶液-超声法制备挥发油β-环糊精包合物并用显微镜法和红外光谱法对包合物鉴别。结果:挥发油最佳提取工艺条件为A3B1C3,即采用粗粉,加入8倍量的水,浸泡6 h,提取10 h;经显微镜法和红外光谱法分析,月季花挥发油包合前后具有明显不同的特征。结论:本提取工艺简单、可行,可为月季花挥发油新制剂的开发提供科学依据。Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of volatile oil from Rosa chinensis Jacq and to study its inclusion compound of b-cyclodextrin.Methods:Volatile oil was extracted from Rosa chinensis Jacq by steam distillation and its optimal extraction process was selected using the yield of volatile oil as the index by L 9(3^4)orthogonal test.β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of the volatile oil was prepared by saturated aqueous solution ultrasonic method and identified by microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.Results:The optimal process for volatile oil extraction was as follows:using coarse powder,8-fold water,soaking for 6 h,extracting for 10 h.The analysis by microscopy and infrared spectroscopy showed that the inclusion of volatile oil from Rosa chinensis Jacq had distinct characteristics before and after inclusion.Conclusion:This technology is simple and feasible,can provide a scientific basis for the development of new preparation of the volatile oil from Rosa chinensis Jacq.
