摘  要:针对辽河油田设计的新型自然通风式加热炉传热特性及热效率不明确的问题,采用模拟结合计算的方法进行了研究。用Fluent模拟了三维炉体的实时传热情况;通过烟气温降值,分析了不同构件的换热能力;结合模拟结果采用正反平衡计算热效率,对不同入口温度、烟气入口流量、原油流量下的热效率进行分析计算。结果表明,新加热炉效率达90%以上,比老式加热炉热效率提高了近7%,不同构件的换热效果不同,横烟管使烟气产生温降效果最为明显,可使温降达到313℃,是炉内的重要换热构件,同时,没有发现炉体顶端集热现象,在不同热效率影响因素中,加热炉处理原油量的多少对热效率影响最大,可使效率波动达12%。研究结果对进一步完善加热炉的传热分析有参考价值。In view of the unclear heat transfer characteristics of a new type natural ventilation heating furnace designed by Liaohe Oilfield,the simulation combined with calculation method is adopted.The real time heat transfer of the three dimensional furnace is simulated by Fluent,and the heat transfer capacity of different components is analyzed through the flue gas temperature drop.The thermal efficiency is calculated by the positive and negative balance methods combining with the simulation results,and the efficiency under the different inlet temperature,the inlet flow rate and the flow rate of crude are analyzed and calculated.The results show that the new heating furnace efficiency is over 90%,which is nearly 7% higher than that of the old heating furnace.The heat transfer effect of different components is different.The temperature drop effect of the flue gas caused by horizontal smoke pipe is most obvious,and the temperature drop can reach 313 ℃,so horizontal smoke pipe is an important heat transfer component in the furnace.At the same time,no heat collection at the top of the furnace is found.Among the factors affecting the thermal efficiency,the amount of crude oil processed by the heating furnace has the greatest influence on the thermal efficiency,which causes the efficiency fluctuation to 12%.The research result has some reference for further analyzing the heat transfer of reheating furnace.
