摘 要:以马铃薯夏坡蒂组培苗为试验材料,设置6个浓度梯度比久加入MS培养基中,接种10d、20d、30d后,测定组培苗的苗高、茎粗、根数、根长、叶片数等指标。结果表明,随着比久浓度的增加,在培养10d、20d、30d时,组培苗的苗高均有所降低,且显著低于对照;组培苗的茎粗、根长和根条数均呈先升后降的趋势,且均在30mg·L-1处理达最大值;组培苗的叶片数均呈下降的趋势,且均在高于30mg·L-1处理时显著低于其他处理。可见,30mg·L-1的比久浓度对促进组培苗的生长最佳,可促进根部生长,降低株高,增加茎粗,进而培育壮苗,提升组培苗的质量。In this experiment,the potato plantlets were used as materials.Six different concentrations of B9 were added to MS medium. To determine the seedling height,stem diameter,root numbers,root length and leaf numbers after 10d,20d and 30d.The results showed that the seedling height of plantlets was decreased after 10,20 and 30 days,and was significantly lower than control with the increasing of B 9 concentrations. The stem diameter,root length and root numbers of plantlets were increased firstly and then decreased,and reached the maximum at 30mg·L^-1 treatment. Leaf numbers of plantlets showed a downward trend,and were significantly lower than those of other treatments when they were higher than 30mg·L^-1 treatment.Therefore,30mg·L^-1 concentrations can promoting root growth and stem diameter,thus producing strong seedlings and improving the quality of plantlets.
