摘 要:目的探讨微课在皮肤与性病科临床教学中的应用。方法选取2016年10月—2017年10月我科室学习医学生50名,统计对比微课在皮肤与性病学临床教学中的应用前后医学生临床技能评分以及医学生的成绩情况。结果应用微课在皮肤与性病学临床教学之后的医学生临床技能评分好于应用之前(P <0.05);应用微课在皮肤与性病学临床教学之后的医学生成绩高于微课应用之前(P <0.05)。结论应用微课在皮肤与性病学临床教学可显著提高医学生临床技能评分,提升医学生的成绩。Objective To discuss the application of micro-course in clinical teaching of dermatology and venereal diseases.Methods 50 medical students were selected from October 2016 to October 2017.The scores of clinical skills and the scores of medical students before and after the application of micro-course in clinical teaching of dermatology and venereology were compared.Results The score of clinical skills of medical students after clinical teaching of dermatology and venereal diseases was significantly better than before(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical students after the clinical teaching of dermatology and venereal diseases was significantly higher than before the application of microcourses(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro-course in clinical teaching of dermatology and venereal diseases can significantly improve the score of clinical skills of medical students and improve the satisfaction of medical students.
