摘 要:目的观察康复新液对腹部大肠埃希菌感染切口愈合的影响。方法将80例腹部切口感染患者纳入观察研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。每组患者发现切口感染后均行外科清创,同时予切口分泌物送菌培养。实验组清创后每日常规换药,并用康复新液纱条湿敷创面;对照组仅每日常规换药。记录每例患者切口菌培养结果,观察创面情况及愈合时间,并分别于清创术后第6、10天刮取两组患者创面组织行HE染色,观察肉芽组织及形态学改变。结果 80例腹部切口感染患者中,切口分泌物培养为大肠埃希菌55例,实验组27例,对照组28例。55例患者中,实验组切口创面渗血渗液时间较对照组缩短,实验组渗血渗液时间为(1.51±1.23)天,对照组为(2.56±1.56)天,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组切口出现肉芽组织时间较对照组缩短,实验组创面肉芽出现时间为(4.24±1.37)天,对照组为(5.97±2.45)天,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组切口愈合时间较对照组缩短,实验组愈合时间为(9.8±3.8)天,对照组为(15.3±3.1)天,两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。创面组织HE染色提示:第6、10天实验组肉芽组织较对照组织增多,第10天实验组较对照组胶原纤维组织更多且排列更紧密。结论康复新液对腹部大肠埃希菌感染切口愈合具有促进作用。Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin liquid on the wound healing of escherichia coli infection.Methods 80 patients with abdominal incision infection were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The surgical debridement was performed in each group,and the incision secretion was given to culture.In the experimental group,routine surgical dressing with Kangfuxin liquid was made after the debridement.The control group was given a routine surgical dressing.The results of wound bacteria culture were recorded in each patient,and the wound condition and healing time were observed.The wound tissues of the two groups were scraped on the 6th and 10th day after debridement and stained with HE to observe the granulation tissue and morphological changes.Results Among the 80 cases of abdominal incision infection,the incision secretion was cultured in 55 cases of escherichia coli,27 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group.The experimental group of incision wound ooze blood drainage time was shortened,the experimental group ooze blood drainage time was(1.51±1.23)days,the control group was(2.56±1.56)days,the significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The time of granulation in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the time of the granulation in the experimental group was(4.24±1.37)days,and the control group was(5.97±2.45)days,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the healing time of the experimental group was(9.8±3.8)days,the control group was(15.3±3.1)days,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).HE staining suggested that in the 6th and 10th day,the granulation tissue in the experimental group increased more than the control group.In the 10th day,the experimental group was more group of collagen fibers and more closely aligned than the control group.Conclusion The Kangfuxin
