摘 要:针对双对置二冲程柴油机气缸套传热问题,建立了活塞组-气缸套耦合传热模型,利用该模型分析了冷却液流量对缸套温度、冷却水腔壁面传热系数和冷却液带走热量的影响规律。结果表明,排气口附近处的缸套温度最高、排气口上水口处的传热系数较大;随冷却液流量的增大,缸套最高温度逐渐降低,冷却水腔壁面传热系数线性增大,冷却液带走的热量逐渐增大并最终趋于稳定。分析结果为气缸套冷却结构设计提供了依据。To solve the problems arising in heat transfer of opposed 2-stroke diesel engine cylinder liner,a model of fluid-solid coupled heat transfer was constructed for piston unit-cylinder liner,that was used to analyze the effect rule of different coolant flow rates on cylinder liner temperature,heat transfer coefficient of cooling water cavity wall and the heat dissipated by coolant.The results show that the peak temperature and heat transfer coefficient appear around cylinder liner exhaust port.The peak temperature of the cylinder liner decreases,and heat transfer coefficient of water cavity wall increases linearly with the increase of the coolant flow rate,thus the heat dissipated by coolant increases gradually and eventually stabilizes.The analysis results provide basis for cooling structure design of cylinder liner.
