摘　　要：目的总结并分析青岛市市立医院2005年至2015年宫颈癌患者临床病理及手术资料逐年变化情况。方法收集2005年至2015年在青岛市市立医院住院宫颈癌患者的临床病理及手术资料数据,按发病年代分组,回顾性分析2005年至2015年青岛市市立医院宫颈癌临床病理及手术资料逐年变化情况。结果在511例宫颈癌患者中,随着年份推移,按照2009年宫颈癌FIGO分期标准修正后的临床分期分布差异无统计学意义,除此之外,年龄,组织学分级、分型,阴道镜是否使用,手术方式、途径,手术时间,术中出血量、淋巴结切除数目,术后排气、拔除尿管、抗生素使用、盆腔引流时间分布差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2005年至2015年期间,青岛市市立医院住院宫颈癌发病年龄趋向于老龄化,低分化腺癌有逐年增加的趋势,腹腔镜手术近3年成为青岛市市立医院宫颈癌中的主要手术途径。Objective To summarize and analyze the yearly changes of the clinical pathological and surgical data of cervical cancer patients between 2005 and 2015 in Qingdao Municipal Hospital.Methods Data on general clinical pathology and surgical data of patients with cervical cancer between 2005 and 2015 were collected and grouped according to the age of onset that were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 511 patients with cervical cancer,there was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of clinical stages according to the 2009 FIGO staging criteria for cervical cancer as the year progressed.In addition,the differences in age,histological grade,histological type,colposcopy use,surgical methods,surgical approaches,operative time,the intraoperative blood loss,number of intraoperative lymphadenectomy,postoperative venting time,postoperative catheter removal time,postoperative antibiotic use time,postoperative pelvic drainage time were statistically significant.Conclusion From 2005 to 2015 in Qingdao Municipal Hospital,in patients with cervical cancer,the age of onset tends to be aging,and poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas have a tendency to increase year by year,and laparoscopic surgery has become the main operation for cervical cancer in the nearly 3 years.
