摘　　要：目的研究保乳手术与根治手术治疗对早期乳腺癌患者形象及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2017年12月本院收治的338例早期乳腺癌患者为研究对象,随机分对照组252例与观察组86例,对照组行根治手术,观察组行保乳手术,观察比较两组的治疗优良率、患者术后生活质量及复发情况。结果治疗后观察组治疗优良率97.67%,高于对照组的0%,且观察组在躯体运动、生理功能、心理功能、人际关系方面的评分均高于对照组,生活质量较好,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1例复发,复发率1.16%,对照组复发率1.19%,两组差异无统计学意义。结论保乳术是一种科学的治疗方案,对维护早期乳腺癌患者形象,提高生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To study the effect of breast conserving surgery and radical operation on early breast cancer patients'image and quality of life.Methods 338 patients with early breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group(252 cases)and observation group(86 cases).The control group underwent radical operation,while the observation group underwent breast-conserving operation.The excellent rate of treatment,quality of life and recurrence of patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the excellent rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%,far higher than that of the control group,which was 0%higher than that of the control group.The scores of the body movement,physiological function,psychological function and interpersonal relationship of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The quality of life was better,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);1 cases in the observation group had recurrence,the recurrence rate was 1.16%,and the control group was 1.19%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Breast conserving surgery is a scientific treatment plan,which is important for maintaining the image of early breast cancer patients and improving the quality of life.
