泮托拉唑联合内镜喷洒凝血酶治疗上消化道溃疡出血的价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨泮托拉唑联合内镜喷洒凝血酶治疗上消化道溃疡出血的价值疗效。方法从本院选取2016年12月至2017年12月收治的78例上消化道溃疡出血患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组,各39例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用泮托拉唑联合内镜喷洒凝血酶进行治疗,分析两组患者各项指标情况、治疗效果、疼痛程度、不良情绪评分和并发症情况。结果观察组患者采用泮托拉唑联合内镜喷洒凝血酶进行治疗后,观察组患者各项指标情况优于对照组,观察组治疗效果高于对照组,观察组疼痛程度、不良情绪评分以及并发症情况低于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用泮托拉唑联合内镜喷洒凝血酶治疗上消化道溃疡出血患者,可优化患者各项指标情况,降低患者疼痛程度、不良情绪评分以及并发症情况,提高患者治疗效果,安全性高,值得应用。Objective To investigate the value of pantoprazole combined with endoscopic spray thrombin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding.Methods A total of 78 patients with upper gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding admitted from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in this study.All patients were divided into 2 groups,39 cases each,and the control group received routine treatment.The observation group was treated with pantoprazole combined with endoscopic spraying of thrombin.The indexes,treatment effects,pain degree,adverse emotional scores and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment with pantoprazole and endoscopic spray thrombin in the observation group,the indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The pain level,adverse emotion score and concurrent The disease was lower than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pantoprazole combined with endoscopic spray thrombin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding can optimize the patient's various indicators,reduce the patient's pain level,adverse emotional scores and complications,improve the patient's treatment effect,and have high safety.It is worth applying.
