摘　　要：基本科学指标数据库(ESI)已经成为学科评估的重要指标。本文基于ESI数据库对华北地区高校的学科发展现状进行研究,通过不同地区的优势学科比较分析,为提高华北地区学科竞争力提供参考,就加快推进一流大学和一流学科建设提出建议。Essential Science Indicators(ESI)has become an important indicator of disciplines assessment.The study focused on analyzing the current situation of disciplines of universities in Northern China based on ESI.Through the comparative analysis of the dominant disciplines,this paper will provide reference for the promotion of discipline development in Northern China and put forward some suggestions for accelerating the pace of establishing world-class universities and promoting the construction of world-class disciplines.
