公共选修课“幸福教育和财商教育”的课程设置与教学实施

摘　　要：幸福是每个人终生的追求与梦想,影响幸福感的因素很多,例如正确的人生观、世界观、核心价值观、良好的人际关系、自尊、健康的体魄、规律的作息习惯等都与幸福感有关。经济是个人赖以生存的基础,因此,幸福亦与财商密切相关。"幸福教育和财商教育"课程的设置旨在引导大学生正确理解幸福人生的内涵,从而提高大学生的幸福感。本文阐述了"幸福教育和财商教育"的教学内容、课程设置、教学设计及教学实施情况。目前,多数高校未开展相关的课程。在高校开设该类选修课不仅可以提高大学生的幸福感,还有助于培养大学生良好的生活习惯和学习习惯,有助于提高自我管理能力和实际解决问题的能力,有助于建立良好的人际关系,有助于树立正确的三观。Everyone is long for being well-being.Actually,many factors influence well-being,such as self-esteem,a regular daily routine,a fit body,harmonious social relationship,correct outlooks on the world and life and core values.Economical factor is a basis for the individual survival.So a person's well-being correlates closely to financial intelligence.The course of"Education on Well-being and Financial Intelligence"focuses on guiding college students to understand well-being and enhancing students'well-being.In this paper,the authors described the teaching content,teaching design,and implementation effect of this curriculum.At present,most colleges or universities haven't conducted similar curriculum"Education on Well-being and Financial Intelligence"yet.Conducting the similar course in colleges and universities is not only to enhance college students'well-being,but also to help them to cultivate good habits of life and learning,to enhance the ability of self-management and problem-solving,to build up good social relationship,to foster a correct outlook on the world and life and correct core values.
