康复新液和美洲大蠊研末联合德莫林在头颈部肿瘤放射性皮肤损伤的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液和美洲大蠊研末联合德莫林在头颈部肿瘤放射性皮肤损伤中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月-2018年10月我科收治的头颈部肿瘤患者128例,随机分为观察组(64例)和对照组(64例)。对照组在放疗时单用德莫林,观察组在放疗时应用康复新液和美洲大蠊研末联合德莫林。比较两组放射性皮肤损伤程度及治疗有效率。结果所有患者均发生了急性放射性皮肤损伤,两组放射性皮肤损伤程度不同,观察组低于对照组(Z=-5. 180,P <0. 05),两组Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级放射性皮炎发生率均有显著性差异(P <0. 05)。观察组总获益率明显高于对照组(χ~2=15. 170,P <0. 01),差异有统计学意义。结论康复新液和美洲大蠊研末联合德莫林用于防治头颈部肿瘤放疗所致的放射性皮肤损伤疗效显著,能降低放射性皮肤损伤的发生率及严重程度,加快皮肤损伤的愈合。Objective To study the clinical effects of Kangfuxin fluid and Periplaneta americana linnaeus combined with Demolin on the acute injury dermatitis induced by radiation in head and neck tumor patients.Methods Totally 128 patients with head and neck cancer received radiotherapy from July 2016 to October 2018 were divided into observation group(n=64)and control group(n=64)randomly.Patients in the control group were treated with Demolin during radiotherapy,and patients in observation group were treated with Kangfuxin liquid and American Periplaneta americana linnaeus combined with Demolin.The degree and the effective rate of radiation-induced dermatitis were measured and compared between the two groups.Results All the patients had acute radioactive dermatitis.There was significant difference both in the injury degree(Z=-5.180,P<0.05)and in occurrence rate ofⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅳgrade of skin acute radiation injury between the two groups(P<0.05).The total beneficial rate of observation group was significanly higher than that of control group(χ^2=15.170,P<0.01).Conclusion Kangfuxin fluid and Periplaneta americana linnaeus combined with Demolin has remarkable clinical effect on reducing the incidence and severity of radiation skin damage as well as accelerating the healing of skin damages.
