摘  要:如何管理并激励新生代员工成为管理理论界和实践界关注的问题。新员工在经历新角色、新环境和新人际关系时,通常都会出现一些适应不良或者适应障碍的现象。将EAP计划引入到新员工入职适应的管理过程之中,有利于促进其尽快适应新环境、消除消极情绪、提升绩效水平,为建立和完善与企业经营战略更紧密结合的组织心理管理体系奠定基础。How to manage and motivate the new recruits of the new generation has become the focus of management both in theory and practice. When new recruits experience new roles, new environments and new relationships, they often have trouble in adapting to them. By introducing EAP project into the new recruits management, it could be helpful for the new recruits to adapt to the new environment, eliminate negative emotions and improve performance. This will lay a foundation for the establishment and improvement of the organizational psychological management system, which is closely integrated with the business strategy of the enterprise.
