摘 要:质量文化是学校教育实践的积淀,是学校质量管理的灵魂。高职院校质量文化建设是完善内部质量保证体系的基本途径,是落实教学质量诊改工作机制的软性手段。高职院校创新教学质量诊改机制,应强化精神文化,树立"以人为本"的教学质量管理理念;建立制度文化,构建教学质量诊改的长效机制;激活行为文化,落实质量生成主体的职责使命;强化物质文化,奠定教学质量保证的物质基础。通过质量文化建设推动高职院校诊断与改进制度落实,促进教学质量的持续提升。Quality culture is the accumulation of school education practice and the soul of school quality management.The construction of quality culture in higher vocational colleges is the basic way to perfect the internal quality assurance system and the soft means to implement the work mechanism of teaching quality diagnosis.The innovative teaching quality inspection and reform mechanism in higher vocational colleges should strengthen the spiritual culture and establish the"people-oriented"teaching quality management concept.Establish the system culture,construct the long-term mechanism of teaching quality diagnosis reform;Activate behavioral culture,implement the responsibility and mission of quality generating subject;To strengthen material culture and lay the material foundation of teaching quality assurance.Through the construction of quality culture,the diagnosis and improvement system of higher vocational colleges are promoted,and the continuous improvement of teaching quality is promoted.
