摘 要:儒家文化是中国式管理的精髓,西方管理思想是科学研究的范式,两者的结合对研究中国情景下的管理问题至关重要。文章提出儒家文化与西方管理思想结合的三条路径,并选择"中体西嵌"的方式,即保留儒家文化系统性的前提下结合西方的管理思想,用企业伦理谈"仁",用社会责任讲"义",用制度理论说"礼",用组织学习道"智",用社会网络论"信",最后基于利益相关者阐述"中庸之道",从六个方面出发建构"君子"企业的概念,使中国式管理的研究对象清晰化。Confucianism is the quintessence of Chinese-style management,while western management thoughts is the paradigm of scientific research.The combination of the two is crucial to the study of management in Chinese context.This article puts forward three ways to combine the Confucianism with the western management thoughts,and chooses the third one.On the premise of preserving the systematicness of the Confucianism,this paper interprets the Confucianism with western management thoughts--"Kindness"is interpreted with business ethics;"Justice"with social responsibilities;"Etiquette"with institutional theory;"Wisdom"with organizational learning;"Faith"with social network;"Doctrine of the mean"with stakeholder theory.Based on the above aspects,the concept of"Junzi"corporation is constructed and the research object of the Chinese-style management is clarified.
