摘 要:虚拟装配技术是虚拟制造技术的重要环节之一,文章以移动式四坐标机器人为研究对象,以虚拟装配技术为依据,在EON Studio中对该机器人模型的虚拟装配系统进行研究。首先在三维建模软件Solidworks中完成机器人的建模,再把模型导入EON Studio中,完成模型的虚拟拆装以及场景的构建。最后通过VB将EON Studio中的各个模块集成起来,完成整个系统的设计。通过研究表明该系统弥补了传统装配方式的不足,避免了因装配关系不合理而造成的原材料浪费。Virtual assembly technology is one of the important links of virtual manufacturing technology.In this paper,a mobile four coordinate robot is taken as the research object.Based on the virtual assembly technology,the virtual assembly system of the robot model is studied in EON Studio.First,the modeling of the robot is completed in the 3D modeling software Solidworks,and then the model is introduced into the EON Studio to complete the virtual disassembly of the model and the construction of the scene.Finally,the modules of EON Studio are integrated by VB,and the whole system is designed.The research shows that the system makes up for the shortage of traditional assembly mode and avoids the waste of raw materials caused by unreasonable assembly relations.
