快速石蜡切片技术在内窥镜活检中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨快速石蜡切片技术在消化道内窥镜活检组织中的应用及其对于相关耐药基因免疫组化的影响研究。方法收集本院2016年1月至2017年9月期间使用快速石蜡切片技术完成的1 511例消化道内窥镜活检组织切片进行回顾性研究。同时随机选取45例恶性肿瘤标本组织进行相关耐药基因免疫组化的检测与后续常规石蜡免疫组化结果进行对比。结果快速石蜡切片核质分明,红蓝适度,组织结构清晰,切片质量与常规石蜡切片差异无统计学意义。在1 511例患者中,恶性443例(29.32%),交界117例(7.74%),良性951例(62.94%),其结果均与临床后续送检标本结果一致。同时进行的快速石蜡免疫组化结果与常规组织结果也无明显差异。结论快速石蜡切片技术在临床病理检验工作中标本制作时间短,应用价值高。Objective This paper discusses the application of rapid paraffin slicing technique in endoscopic biopsy tissue and its effect on the immunohistochemistry of related drug resistance genes.Methods A retrospective study was carried out on 1 511 cases of gastrointestinal endoscopic biopsies performed using rapid paraffin slicing technique during January 2016 to September 2017.At the same time,we randomly selected 45 cases of malignant tumor specimens to carry out the correlation between the immunohistochemical test and the subsequent conventional paraffin immunohistochemical results.Results The rapid paraffin section has clear nucleation,red and blue,and the structure is clear,and there is no significant difference between slice quality and conventional paraffin section.Among the 1 511 cases,443 cases(29.32%),117 cases(7.74%)and 951 cases(62.94%)were the same,and the results were consistent with the results of clinical follow-up.There was no significant difference between the results of rapid paraffin immunohistochemistry and the results of conventional tissues.Conclusion Rapid paraffin slicing technique has short time and high application value in clinicopathological examination.
