美好生活视域下城市青少年健康的影响因素研究——基于文化资本理论的视角

摘　　要：健康是美好生活的基础,青少年健康与其自身和所在家庭的幸福感、安全感和获得感息息相关。本研究以文化资本理论为基础,结合健康生活方式理论模型,选取中国教育追踪调查2013—2014学年基线调查数据中的城市样本,对青少年健康的影响因素进行定量分析。结果显示,家庭文化资本对青少年的健康产出有积极作用,青少年的健康生活方式在家庭文化资本对青少年健康的影响中具有中介效应。研究表明,有针对性地对家庭文化资本存量较低的青少年开展健康生活方式干预是促进其健康的有效途径之一。Adolescent health,which plays a significant role in the pursuit of a better life,is closely related with the sense of happiness,security and fulfillment of their family and their own.Drawing insights from Bourdieu's interpretation of cultural capital and the healthy lifestyle paradigm,this quantitative study is designed to explore the factors associated with adolescent health in urban China using data from the China Education Panel Survey 2014.The statistical results show that family cultural capital is positively related with adolescent's health outcomes and the mediating effect of adolescent's healthy lifestyles between family cultural capital and adolescent health is confirmed.Therefore,healthy lifestyle intervention of the adolescents of the families with comparatively lower level of cultural capital is considered as an effective way to maintain and improve their health.
