摘  要:针对1mV~10mV直流电压溯源方面存在的问题,提出采用恒流源、标准取样电阻和标准直流电压表的方法对较小的直流电压进行校准。采用5720A输出稳定的直流电流,用742A作为取样电阻,用8508A作为标准直流电压表,根据欧姆定律进行校准工作,并给出了消除或减小校准过程中存在的各种影响量的途径。对数字多用表8508A进行校准,分别评定了1mV、10mV点的测量不确定度,通过与分压箱法的对比和传递比较法验证,证明了取样电阻法的可行性和准确性,能够满足1mV~10mV小电压校准需求。In order to resolve the problem of 1mV^10mV DCV retrace,a calibration method which uses a constant current source,a standard sample resistor and a DCV voltage meter is proposed.The calibration was based on ohm's law,a 5720A is used as the current source,the 742A are used as sample resistors,a 8508A is used as the voltage meter,the way to eliminate the effect of influence quantities is given.A 8508A is calibrated,the uncertainties on 1mV and 10mV are evaluated,according to the compari.son with results from voltage divider method and uncertainties transfer comparison validation,the sample resistor method is proved to be feasible and accurate and can fulfill the calibration requirement of 1mV^10mV DCV.
