摘　　要：加大高职示范校科研管理激励政策力度,对新时代高职院校建设与发展起到关键性作用。本项研究核心在于政策创新,以重点调研高职示范校科研管理的实际情况为全新视角,总结科研管理体制机制的改革方法,借鉴相关改革的完整经验成果,在实践层面上构建适合高职院校特点的科研管理激励制度,在政策应用中切实提高对高职院校科研管理与服务水平。Strengthening the scientific research management incentive policy plays a key role in the construction and development of higher vocational colleges in the new era. The core of the research lies in policy innovation. From the new perspective of scientific research management in higher vocational demonstrative colleges, it summarizes the reform methods of scientific research system mechanism, learns from the achievement of relevant reform, constructs the incentive system suitable for higher vocational colleges, and improves the management and service level of higher vocational colleges.
