摘 要:为研究N-氨基甲酰-L谷氨酸(N-carbamylglutamate,NCG)对北京鸭生产性能及免疫机能的影响,试验选取1日龄北京鸭996只,随机分为4组,每组设3个重复,每个重复83只。每天按标准耗料量的0.016%、0.018%、0.020%称取NCG溶于水中供试验鸭饮用。试验期40 d。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加NCG可提高1~10日龄北京鸭平均日增重8%以上(P <0.05),其中0.016%添加组,料重比降低19.76%(P <0.05)。添加0.016%和0.020%的NCG,脾脏指数及胸腺指数分别提高39.49%和41.25%(P <0.05);添加0.018%的NCG,血浆IgG含量增加33.08%,C4含量降低37.60%(P <0.05);添加0.020%的NCG,血浆IgG含量增加75.96%(P <0.05)。对11~40日龄育成鸭,添加0.016%或0.020%的NCG,胸腺指数分别提高24.75%和30.79%,血浆IgA含量增加80.45%和102.36%,C4含量降低41.52%和53.08%(P <0.05)。综上表明,1~10日龄北京鸭补充添加NCG可显著改善生产性能,促进其免疫器官的发育和免疫力的提高,0.016%的添加量较为适宜。To evaluate the effects of N-carbamylglutamate(NCG) on performance and immune function of Beijing ducks,996 one day old ducklings were randomly allocated to 4 groups (3 replicates per group,83 per replicate).Based on the standard feed consumption per day,0.016%,0.018% and 0.020% of NCG were weighed and dissolved in water for drinking,and trial lasted for 40 days. Results showed that addition of NCG increased average body weight gain over 8% in 1 ~ 10 day ducklings(P < 0.05). And ratio of feed intake to body weight gain decreased of 19.76% with 0.016% supplementation of NCG(P < 0.05). Moreover,with 0.016% and 0.020 % NCG supplementation,spleen index and thymus index increase of 39.49% and 41.25% respectively(P < 0.05);plasma IgG content increased of 33.08% and C4 content declined of 37.60% with 0.018% NCG supplementation(P < 0.05);with 0.020% NCG supplementation, plasma IgG content rose of 75.96 %(P < 0.05).On 11 ~ 40 d old ducks with 0.016% and 0.020% NCG supplementation, thymus index increased of 80.45% and 102.36% respectively (P < 0.05);plasma IgA increased of 80.45% and 102.36%(P < 0.05);plasma C4 content decreased of 41.52% and 53.08%(P < 0.05)severally. In conclusion,addition of NCG significantly improved performance of Beijing duck on 1 ~ 10 d and promoted development of immune organs to benefit immunity. 0.016% supplementation of NCG was appropriate for Beijing duck.
