摘　　要：随着交叉学科研究的蓬勃发展,交叉学科实验室管理方法有待提升。以浙江大学生物纳米工程中心生物与化学交叉学科实验室为例,归纳学科交叉型实验室特点,并结合企业微信管理工具总结学科交叉型实验室在安全、采购核算、仪器方面的管理经验,对交叉学科实验室管理中存在的若干问题提出解决对策。With the vigorous development of interdisciplinary research,the management methods of interdisciplinary laboratories need to be improved.By taking the of the Biological and Chemical Interdisciplinary Laboratory of the Biological Nano-engineering Center at Zhejiang University as an example,this paper sorts out the characteristics of the interdisciplinary laboratory,and summarizes the management experience in the aspects such as the safety,purchasing,accounting,and instrument management in combination with the enterprise WeChat management tools,and puts forward the solutions to the problems existing in the management of interdisciplinary laboratories.
