地方高校国际化快速发展策略研究

摘　　要：随着一带一路、人类命运共同体的提出,中国正日益走进世界舞台中央,中国高等教育国际化比历史上任何时候更具有紧迫感和使命感。但现阶段,中国高校特别是地方高校国际化程度依然较低,国际化发展的速度也较慢,不能满足国家发展的需要和国内外民众对我国高水平国际化的高等教育的需要。如何推动我国高等教育国际化快速发展是我们急需研究和解决的问题。本文对推动我国高校国际化快速发展的策略进行思考,提出了树立国际化发展理念、选取高标准的国际化标杆学校、创造国际化的语言环境、以院系国际化发展为重点、以全英文授课留学生教育为支点等策略来推动地方高校国际化快速发展的进程。With the proposal of the Belt and Road and a Community of Common Destiny,China is increasingly stepping into the center of the world stage.The internationalization of China’s higher education has a sense of urgency and mission more than at any time in history.However,at present,the degree and speed of internationalization of Chinese colleges and universities,especially the local ones,are still relatively low,which cannot meet the needs of the national development and the needs of the people at home and abroad for the high-level internationalization of higher education in China.Therefore,how to promote its rapid development is an urgent problem that we need to study and solve.In this paper,the author proposed the strategies including: setting up the concept of internationalization development; selecting high-standard internationalization benchmarking school; creating internationalized language environment; taking internationalization development of the college and department as the center; as well as taking all-English teaching for international students as the foundation.
