摘　　要：针对人工宝石分拣、计数相关设备市场缺乏的现有情况,研究和开发了一种集宝石分拣与计数功能于一体的设备。论文对宝石市场现有分拣计数的现状进行了阐述,详细介绍了所研发的宝石分拣计数装置的总体结构,并对设备工况进行了阐述。在此基础上,对所研发的设备分拣装置和计数装置的详细结构进行了系统的介绍。最后,对设备的控制系统进行了研究。开发的设备能全自动分拣和计数市面上产销量大的3mm、4mm、5mm三种尺寸的圆明亮琢型宝石。配备的液晶显示系统,能实时显示所计数的宝石数量,也可通过控制系统设定所需要的宝石数量,实现宝石的"定量计数"功能。设备的研发对现有宝石分拣及计数的效率和水平起到促进作用。In view of the present situation where there is a short supply of equipment sorting and counting artificial gems,an equipment integrating the of sorting and counting devices has been developed.This paper describes the present gem market conditions about the sorting and counting devices,introduces in details the overall design and performance of the devices sorting and counting gems.Based on this,it makes a full introduction to components of the said devices.Finally,it makes a study of the controlling system of the equipment.This equipment is capable of automatically sorting and counting the 3mm-,4mm-and 5mm-size round brilliant gems,which account for the largest proportion of the production and sales volume.Equipped with LCD display system,this equipment can provide a real-time display of the counted number of gems and it can works to finish counting the preset number of gem through its controlling system,by which the function of"preset numbering"is to be achieved.The research and development of this equipment makes a contribution to the improvement of the sorting and counting efficiency of the previous equipment.
