摘 要:目的将问题式教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)运用在心血管内科教学中,评定并分析应用效果。方法选取2016年4月—2018年2月在本医院心血管内科实习的60名实习生作为研究对象。按照计算机分组法,一组纳入30名,常规讲授式教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)运用于参照组,PBL法运用于实验组。统计两组心血管内科实习生对教学效果的满意总计算值、考核成绩评分分数。结果实验组心血管内科实习生对教学效果的满意总计算值(96.67%)高于参照组(73.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组心血管内科实习生的考核成绩评分(95.2±3.0)分,高于参照组的(83.0±2.4)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在心血管内科教学中采取PBL法展示较优应用效果。Objective To evaluate and analyze the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)is applied to the teaching of cardiovascular medicine.Methods 60 interns in cardiovascular medicine from April 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects of study.According to the computer grouping method,a group of 30 people were enrolled.Conventional lecturebased learning(LBL)was used in the reference group.PBL method was used in the experimental group.Statistical analysis of the two groups of cardiovascular interns'satisfaction with the teaching effect of the total calculated value,assessment scores.Results The total satisfaction of cardiovascular interns in the experimental group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of cardiovascular interns in the experimental group(95.2±3.0)points was higher than that in the control group(83.0±2.4)points.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL method is adopted in cardiovascular medicine teaching to show better application effect.
