腹腔镜手术治疗妇科肿瘤的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价腹腔镜手术治疗妇科肿瘤的效果,为妇科肿瘤手术治疗工作提供参考。方法选择我院2016年3月—2018年3月收治的86例妇科肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据手术方案不同,将妇科肿瘤手术患者分为两组,每组各43例患者。采取开腹手术治疗的患者作为对照组,采用腹腔镜手术治疗的患者作为试验组。经伦理委员会批准且患者家属知情同意。对比对照组以及试验组妇科肿瘤手术患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后肛门排气时间。结果试验组、对照组妇科肿瘤手术患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后肛门排气时间结果对比,差异具有统计学意义[(52.05±13.50)ml vs.(100.50±18.50)ml(t=13.872 5,P=0.000 0);(189.60±10.50)min vs.(275.50±13.50)min(t=32.935 5,P=0.000 0);(0.80±0.25)d vs.(2.02±0.55)d(t=13.241 8,P=0.000 0)]。结论开腹手术、腹腔镜手术均为妇科肿瘤手术术式,就手术安全性、恢复所需时间等情况对比,腹腔镜手术效果更为显著,符合妇科肿瘤患者手术治疗所需。Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic surgery on gynecological tumors,and to provide reference for surgical treatment of gynecological tumors.Methods 86 patients with gynecological tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different surgical schemes,patients with gynecological tumors were divided into two groups,43 patients in each group.The patients treated with laparotomy were taken as the control group.The patients treated with laparoscopic surgery were selected as the experimental group.Approved by the ethics committee and informed consent of the patient's family members.The blood volume,operation time and anal exhaust time of gynecological cancer patients in the control group and the experimental group were compared.Results There were significant differences in blood volume,operation time and anal exhaust time between the experimental group and the control group[(52.05±13.50)ml vs.(100.50±18.50)ml(t=13.872 5,P=0.000 0);(189.60±10.50)min vs.(275.50±13.50)min(t=32.935 5,P=0.000 0);(0.80±0.25)d vs.(2.02±0.55)d(t=13.241 8,P=0.000 0)].Conclusion Open surgery and laparoscopic surgery are gynecological tumors.Compared with the operation safety and recovery time,the effect of laparoscopic surgery is more remarkable,which meets the needs of gynecological tumors patients.
