摘　　要：目的了解肿瘤护理人员对姑息护理相关知识的需求现状,为肿瘤姑息护理课程体系的设置及相关培训的开展提供参考。方法选取山东省肿瘤护理人员520名为研究对象,通过网络进行肿瘤护理人员姑息护理相关知识需求调查。结果肿瘤护理人员对姑息护理相关知识的需求评分均> 4分,其中沟通、肿瘤患者主要照顾者支持、姑息护理中护士的压力管理需求相对较高,需求相对较低的是姑息护理概述、伦理及法律问题、中医护理在肿瘤姑息护理中的应用等维度;不同年龄、工作年限、医院等级、学历、职称、职务的肿瘤护理人员对姑息护理相关知识需求评分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05)。结论肿瘤护理人员对姑息护理相关知识的需求程度较高,在各层次肿瘤护理人员中开展姑息护理相关培训均十分必要。Objective To investigate the need of palliative care related knowledge among oncology nurse,and to provide basis for establishment of palliative care curriculum in oncological nursing field and related training programs.Methods Stratified sampling were used by lengths of service to select 520 oncology nurses in Shandong province.Participants were asked to fill out a web-based questionnaire regarding their geographic data,and the need for palliative care related knowledge.Results Oncology nurses scored over 4 points in the need for palliative care related knowledge,with the needs for "communication","support for cancer patients′ major caregivers","nurses′ stress management in palliative care" scoring high,and the needs for "overview of palliative care","ethical and legal issues" and "application of TCM nursing in oncology palliative care" relatively low.The need scores had no statistical difference in nurses with different,lengths of service,academic degrees,professional titles,positions,or in varied age groups,or working in different levels of hospitals (P >0.05 for all).Conclusion Oncology nurses have strong need for palliative care related knowledge.It is imperative to carry out related palliative care training for all levels of oncology nurses.
