摘　　要：教学质量作为研究生教育的生命线,在促进高校发展和人才培养方面发挥了重要作用,但现阶段研究生教学环节存在诸多问题。在以学习能力、科研能力、工程问题解决能力和创新能力为研究生培养目标的指导下,探索构建以课程建设为中心、以师资力量为抓手、以监督管理为保障的三位一体联动机制,实现研究生教学质量的全面提高。As the lifeline of postgraduate education,teaching quality plays an important role in promoting university development and student cultivation,but there are many problems in the present teaching process.With the aim of cultivating graduate students with learning ability,scientific research ability,engineering problem solving ability and innovation ability,we will explore to build a three-in-one mechanism with curriculum construction as the center,teachers as the focus,and supervision and management as the guarantee,so as to comprehensively improve the teaching quality of graduate students.
