摘　　要：作为社会创业与公司创业的结合,企业社会创业为社会问题的解决提供了新的思路。通过对企业社会创业的研究现状进行梳理,首先厘清企业社会创业的概念范畴,理解其内涵及外延,其次从企业社会创业的导向、影响因素、过程及价值体现等方面对现有研究成果进行总结评述,在此基础上提出企业社会创业领域的研究展望。As a combination of social entrepreneurship and corporate entrepreneurship,corporate social entrepreneurship provides new ideas for solving social problems.Through the study of corporate social entrepreneurship,firstly,the concept of corporate social entrepreneurship is clarified to understand its connotation and denotation.Secondly,existing research results of corporate social entrepreneurship are summarized from the perspective of research,motivation,direction,process and value.Finally,research prospect in the field of corporate social entrepreneurship is put forward.
