从中医“心主神明”理论探讨情绪调节与红细胞调控水平相关的方法探析

摘　　要：中医学理论认为"心主神明""神明"和"血脉"作为心所主功能的2个重要方面,临床上存在"用"和"体"的辨证关系,现代临床研究也发现不同血液红细胞水平人群可能在情绪调节方面表现差异。因此,选取不同血液红细胞水平被试者,利用现代心理学情绪诱发实验技术及情绪量表研究方法观察被试者试验前后情绪变化特点,进一步探讨情绪变化与红细胞调控水平的关联性,是揭示中医"心主神明"理论科学内涵的重要途径和方法。The theory of traditional Chinese medicine believes that the “blood” and “God” are the two important aspects of the theory of “heart governing mind”,and there is a dialectical relationship between “body” and “use”.Modern medicine also finds that people with different blood red blood cells may show differences in emotional regulation.Therefore,choosing different blood red blood cell level subjects,using the modern psychological induced experiment technique and the emotional scale method to observe the characteristics of the emotional changes before and after the experiment,to further explore the influence of emotions and regulation and control of red blood cells,is a way to reveal the scientific connotation of the “heart governing mind” theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
