摘  要:文章探讨不同辅导方法对大学生感恩品质的干预效果,以为大学生感恩教育提供依据。方法:采用记录感恩事件、回忆感恩事件、致谢感恩对象、感恩团体辅导对大学生进行干预,于干预前后运用多维感恩量表测量被试的感恩水平。结果:感恩记录组、感恩回忆组、感恩致谢组和感恩团体辅导组实验后与实验前感恩水平均有显著差异(t值分别为-17.23,-5.93,-11.33,-11.40,P值均<0.01);不同方法辅导干预后,对4组学生进行感恩总分的单因素方差分析,结果表明不同辅导方式对大学生感恩水平的影响存在显著性差异(F值为10.039,P值<0.001)。结论:感恩记录、感恩回忆、感恩致谢和感恩团体辅导四种干预方式中感恩团体辅导对大学生感恩水平的提高作用最为明显,作用效果强于其他三种干预方式,其他三种干预方式中,感恩致谢较感恩记录和感恩回忆对大学生感恩水平提高效果更显著,感恩回忆和感恩致谢两种干预方式无显著性差异。Objective: To explore different ways of intervention influence on the college students' gratitude trait,in order to provide a basis to carry out the gratitude education.Methods: Gratitude recording,gratitude memorizing,gratitude visiting,gratitude group counseling were conducted as intervention on different groups of college student,using the Gratitude Resentment and Appreciation Test to measure students' gratitude trait before and after the intervention.Results: The difference of the gratitude level of the gratitude recording,gratitude memorizing,gratitude visiting,gratitude group counseling before and after the intervention were statistically significant (t=-17.23,-5.93 ,-11.33 ,-11.40 ,P<0.01); After the different ways of intervention,using one-way analysis of variance on the data of four groups ' gratitude score,statistical significance was found ( F=10.039,P<0.001).Conclusion: Among four kinds of intervention,gratitude group counseling has the most obvious effect on the gratitude level,the effect on gratitude group counseling was better than the gratitude recording,gratitude memorizing and gratitude visiting group,among the other three kinds of intervention,gratitude visiting has more significantly effect than gratitude recording and gratitude memorizing,gratitude memorizing and gratitude visiting group has no significantly difference.
