产出导向法在高校实践类课程教学中的创新与实践研究

摘　　要：产出导向法(POA)是以岗位生产流程为依据,以产出目标为导向的一种课程教学方法,着重突出学生自主学习能力、岗位实践能力培养,着重体现"全人教育"理念。文章具体分析了当前高校课程教学中存在的10个主要方面问题,并结合社区体育课程教学实践,系统归纳总结了产出导向法在高校实践类课程中的应用流程及方法。Production-Oriented Approach (POA) is a kind of teaching method based on job production process and oriented by output goal.It emphasizes the cultivation of students' self-learning ability and practical ability at work,and embodies the concept of "whole-person education".This paper analyses 10 main problems in the current college curriculum teaching,and summarizes the application process and methods of output-oriented method in the practical courses of colleges and universities in combination with the teaching practice of community physical education.
