摘 要:脑电图是评估脑功能的重要检查手段之一,其重要性受到相关科室医务人员的越来越多的重视。脑电图具有专科性强、理论抽象、内容复杂等特点,一些医务人员常常望而生畏。为了提高脑电图的教学质量,我科多年前已摸索出一种多方位带教模式,并取得了良好的教学效果。近两年来随着住院医师规范化培训、分级诊疗等医疗改革的稳步推进及互联网教改风暴下慕课(MOOC)、微课的逐渐流行,如何更好地适应新形势值得我们思考。EEG is one of the important examination methods for assessing brain function,and its importance is receiving more and more attention from medical staff in relevant departments.EEG has the characteristics of strong specialization,theoretical abstraction and complex content.Some medical staff are often daunting.In order to improve the teaching quality of EEG,our department has explored a multi-faceted teaching mode many years ago and achieved good teaching results.In the past two years,with the steady advancement of medical reforms such as standardized training for residents,graded diagnosis and treatment,and the gradual popularization of MOOC and micro-courses under the storm of Internet education reform,how to better adapt to the new situation is worthy of our consideration.
