摘  要:在"互联网+"背景下,信息资源数字化、信息传递网络化、馆藏多媒体化和管理手段计算机化已经成为现代高校图书馆发展的必然趋势。作为信息资源管理者、组织者、宣传者和推送者的图书馆教师,其继续教育显得非常重要。但继续教育是一项系统性、复杂性和长期性的工作,发展中受到影响的因素仍然较多。就云南地方高校来说,图书馆教师继续教育受教育氛围、意识、目标与动机、网络信息技术基础知识及继续教育形式等因素的影响较为突出,这是实现图书馆教师继续教育的持续、稳定和高效发展,满足新时期高校图书馆"互联网+"发展实际需要的一个亟待研究并加以解决的问题。Under the background of “Internet +”, digitization of information resources, network transmission of multimedia information, computerization of collection and management have become an inevitable trend in the development of modern university libraries. As the library teachers who act as organizers, propagandists, managers of information resources, continuing education is very important. But continuing education is a systemic, complexity and long-term job, which is influenced by many factors in its development. As for the local colleges and universities in Yunnan, continuing education for the library teachers is affected by many factors, such as education atmospheres, consciousnesses, goals and motivations, basic knowledge of network information technology, and forms of continuing education. Therefore, continuing education is an urgent problem to be studied and solved to realize a continuing, stable and efficient development of library teachers and to meet the actual needs of the development of “Internet+” in the university libraries in the new period.
